I wonder if the newly added qNEP can simulate the motion of charged particles, localizing the charge to a specific particle, and whether the output trajectory will include charge information.
The qNEP model predicts the partial charges on the atoms by itself, and the predicted charges can be output by the dump_xyz keyword (dump_xyz — GPUMD documentation).
Presently the qNEP model does not support user specified charge distribution.
