coding LAMMPS for interaction laser with hydrogen cluster

Hello
I am working on interaction laser with hydrogen cluster. I wrote code for this subject but when I run it took a long time for doing it completely. I mean, after applying the laser pulse, electrons that are detached during the collision process with the hydrogen atoms and leave the cluster environment, the protons remain and become repulsive and eventually the explosion of the cluster. The repulsion stage of the protons lasts a lot. I think I have not followed the point in coding, probably. Thank you for helping me.
Thanks

there is not much information here to give any meaningful advice. it is
not clear what you mean by "i wrote code for this subject". how do your
represent electrons? what version of LAMMPS are using? which packages? what
*is* in "your code".
