Hi Lammps Users,

I am running colvars package with lammps 2FEB13 version.

At the end of log.lammps,

colvars: Error: in the restart file, the “abf” block has wrong name (abf1)

And I recompiled colvars library and lammps with -DCOLVARS_DEBUG… but still it continues
to give

colvars: Error: in the restart file, the “abf” block has wrong name (abf1)

Can anyone help me to fix it ?

  1. Surprise to see out.colvars.traj empty at the end of simulation…

Though continue to write untill the last step.

out.colvars.traj.BAK is not empty.

  1. With flag -DCOLVARS_DEBUG ON, Huge amount of data gets dump into log.lammps.
    In contrast to flag OFF
