Comparison of deformation with different box dimensions

Hello All,

I have several simulation boxes of different dimensions. I am doing uniaxial strains in the x direction (PBC are enabled in all dimensions). In order to compare the stress-strain curves, should I deform (using fix deform) with a constant erate or vel. My first thought is to use vel.

In order to compare the stress-strain curves, should I deform (using fix deform) with a constant erate or vel.

Again, it is up to you. The doc page explains what the two options do.
It's up to you to figure out which is appropriate for what you want to model.
