Hi users,
I am compiling 6JUN 2013 version.
In the lib/colvars, with make -f Makefile.g++, it gives following error
cp: cannot stat `Makefile.lammps.empty’: No such file or directory
Thanks

you can just use the Makefile.lammps from a previous compile, or use
LAMMPS-ICMS or get the latest colvars code from
http://colvars.github.io/
this has been sent to steve, but he did not have the time to include
it into the upstream LAMMPS version.

Thanks Axel,
I did both the ways, copied Makefile.lammps from old versions and using colvars.github.io updated the colvar files.
Both did not give error in compiling, but colvars.traj is again getting emptied.
Thanks

please report colvars issues with sufficient information to reproduce
it to the issue tracker on github. that is what these things are good
for, since i have no recollection on the details of your problem and
am too lazy to dig it out from the mailing list archives.
