To Dr. Plimpton: I was referring to the frozen (disposable and non-deformable) layer of atoms as the cast. (Re-reading the post, it should be the other way around. Sorry about that…)
To Dr. Kohlmeyer: I was actually thinking of completely turning off the potential of the frozen atoms. But I can see why the lj wall would be advantageous. I will try it both ways.
