Confussion regarding POP frequency

Here I have uploaded the scattering raate image and the amset log file for the 2D system.

  1. The POP frequency is coming unexpected high and not decreasing with concentration.
  2. For 2D systems, the carrier concentration range is ~1013 cm-2 but I am getting result in 1021cm-3. How to deal with this?

***Urgently require the answers, whether these calculations specifically for POP are correct or not.
