I have constructed an effective harmonic model at 300 K. I wonder if it is possible to convert the effective harmonic model to 2nd force constants in phonopy format. Thank you very mcuh.

Thank you very much for your guidance. I have another question, does hiPhive use the temperature dependent effective potentials (TDEP) method to build the effective harmonic models?
It depends on what you mean with the tdep method. Hiphive is designed to let you generate snapshots any way you want. There are tutorials and examples both for generating them self consistently and from MD.
