copy_arrays example in developer guide out of date?

Hello,

I have noticed that Fix::copy_arrays in the 11Aug17 release takes 3 parameters, while the sample code for writing new fixes in the developer documentation only includes 2. This might cause an issue for anyone implementing the sample code out of the box.

included into the next LAMMPS patch.
