Hello, Can you help me I need to create 3D models of crystal silica in Matlab. or give me another way to create this model and to generate x-y-z coordinates for introducing them to Matlab.
I have the lattice parameters and dimensions of structure.

Silica refers to a whole family of materials. You can search materials project for SiO2 and see that there are hundreds of structures. You can download the crystal structure for quartz, what most people are referring to when they say silica: https://materialsproject.org/materials/mp-6930/
Click the button that says “CIF” and choose your format.
