Hi.
I want to create a glassy carbon structure and then do some modifications to it. But I’m still stuck with the first step.
Glassy carbon is different from Amorphous Carbon as it consists of two-dimensional structural elements, does not exhibit ‘dangling’ bonds, and is 100% sp2.
I want to use LAMMPS (which I’m fairly beginner with) to create it but I’m open to other suggestions.
I’d appreciate any kind of help (including suggestions for sources, textbooks, papers, videos, etc) that I can get. Thank you.
