My problem is that either I type “make no-all”, “make no-user” or just “make no-user-cuda”, when i check which packages are installed by typing “make package-status”, I still get “Installed YES: package USER-CUDA”. I don’t understand why I can’t uninstall it. Thank you,

I don't see this in the current version. Try downloading
after a patch today and see if it persists. There have been
some changes to USER-CUDA with what files it includes.
If an old file is still in your src dir, it could cause this problem.
