defining regions after read_data command

Hello,

I have a system (water molecules with walls in the z-direction) and I use a read_data command. In the data file, the following are the box boundaries :

0.0 35.0 xlo xhi
0.0 35.0 ylo yhi
-10.3 35.0 zlo zhi

In the data files I have molecules (wall) in the -7.5 z-direction and I’m unable to define the region correctly. Is is that the origin is shifted to the xlo ylo zlo point?

thanks and regards,

unable to define the region correctly.

what does that mean?

Is is that the origin is shifted to the xlo ylo zlo point?
