delete_bonds command

Dear LAMMPS users:

I have a question about the delete_bonds command. Is it supposed to do one-time processing before or after a run, or delete specific bonds (angles, etc) whenever necessary while the simulation is running? Thanks.

It is a one time command.

As are essentially all commands that are not "fixes".
