I’m trying to calculate the scattering rate for bilayer GeS which is a 2D semiconductor. I’d appreciate it if you could let me know what modification I need to make in my settings.yaml file for this. I am aware that the doping concentration is in cm-3, and mine needs to be in cm-2. How would this impact my result?
