What is the best way of creating a doping range that contains both n-type and p-type datasets? For example, I want to generate a list between 1E18 and 1E21 containing 31 data points.

Hi @16-vikrant, unfortunately, there isn’t a shortcut for this, you will have to specify the doping levels manually.
