I am using LAMMPS (14 Feb 2014) and have some questions about eam generate tool in lammps:
The tool contains several one-file C programs that convert an analytic formula into a tabulated embedded atom method (EAM) setfl potential file and the potentials they produce can be used with the pair_style eam/alloy command. However, I want to convert an analytic formula of Finnis–Sinclair type potential into a tabulated file which should be used with the pair_style eam/fs command. Therefore, it seems that the eam generate tool cannot do that. I wonder how to solve the problem and finish such a convertion?
