Dear AMSET developers,
Reading the code documentation and the Nature Communication, it seems that the electronic temperature (as in the Fermi-Dirac distribution) is always set equal to the lattice temperature (as in the Bose-Einstein distribution). Is that the case? Would it be possible to set the electronic temperature larger than the lattice temperature?
