Dear Lammps users,
I am trying to run the example program for ellipses, in.ellipse.gayberne it crashes and I get the following error message:
compute rot all temp/asphere
ERROR: Invalid compute style (../modify.cpp:928).
Therefore I wonder if there is anyone who has tried to run this program? I enclose the whole command file.

when encountering errors in LAMMPS, you find information about what they
mean and how to deal with them in the relevant section of the documentation.

searching the mailing list archives can provide helpful information as well.
also, when posting on the mailing list, you should always quote the version
of your LAMMPS executable as well as OS and platform that you are running
on.
in this case, the most likely explanation is that your executable doesn't
include the styles from the (optional) "ASPHERE" package.
