I want to plot “energy vs transport properties”.
Is it possible only with “carrier concentration vs transport properties .dat file”?

Unfortunately, it is not simple to plot energy vs transport properties in amset.
One workaround is to set the carrier concentrations such that they regularly sample the energy range you’re interested in.
Unfortunately, there isn’t an easy way to do this (unless you edit the internals of amset) other than manually testing the carrier concentrations and looking at the Fermi level position in the amset.log file.
