I am getting the above error when I am running this command " $ kim-api-collections-management install user SW_MX2_WenShirodkarPlechac_2017_MoS__MO_201919462778_001"

wget https://openkim.org/download/SW_MX2_WenShirodkarPlechac_2017_MoS__MO_201919462778_001.txz

I suspect this is not a KIM issue, but an internet connection issue. Running this command may give you more detailed error output
