I am using a sample system containing of two polymerchains of 100 monomers each along with two trimers. I want to fix the bond angle to 180 degrees. I am taking an input from the readdata file. Its showing an
ERROR: Invalid data file section: Angles (…/read_data.cpp:231).

Looks like you need a blank line between “Angles” and the values for the angles. Compare it to your other sections if that doesn’t make sense…

Here its not showing but I already have a space.

Either you deleted it, or you have the wrong type of line return… It shouldn’t just disappear by pasting it in an email unless there is a character problem.

You need to specify the number of angles at the top of the file, just like you did with atoms and bonds.
