Error：My IP range is temporarily blocked due to a high-volume scraper originating from it

I cannot visit https://legacy.materialsproject.org/ due to the block of IP，the erroe message is as follows:
“Your IP range is temporarily blocked due to a high-volume scraper originating from it. We’re working on bringing MP back for you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.”

Could anyone help to solve this problem? and btw, What are the access frequency limits for the website? thanks very much

@tschaume I have the same problem. My account is a github account: [email protected]. The IP address I am using is a University Network (Xi’an Jiao Tong University).
