What I am saying is that the error is directly linked to LAMMPS, but your cfg files (where they are, and if they have the right format).
It could be that LAMMPS is not writing the correct cfg format, but without more information from you (i.e. how you use dump cfg command), there is no way to tell.
It looks like maybe atomeye is running out of memory which is quite
common if you give it a bad configuration. First verify that your
LAMMPS and AtomEye executables are working correctly using
examples/comb. Then figure out what is wrong with your example.
