examples/KAPPA log files

Hello,

Of the 4 examples for calculating thermal conductivity (15 May 2015 version), there only appears to be 3 unique log files.

log.heatflux(.1Feb14), log.langevin, and log.mp correspond to the respective input scripts, but log.heat describes another run of in.heatflux.

If there is a correct log.heat, I’d be interested in having a look.

I’ll replace the copied file. But you could

just run it yourself. You have the input script.
