EXE file of LAMMPS for Windows - 64 bit

I have tried all the ways I know and referred to many posts and forums on LAMMPS, but i am not able to build LAMMPS on Windows-Cygwin. My exe file for windows is working fine, but I can’t run granular simulations on it. Could anyone please give me or upload an exe file for windows-64 bit with the granular package.

The download EXE file for Windows on the LAMMPS download
page says that it does include the granular package (not listed
in the exceptions).

Are you using the Windows executable from the LAMMPS download page, and finding that you can't run granular simulations with it? If so, please post example input so that others can test running it under Windows.
