There are a host of possible reasons why your columns labeled ReaxFF and My test ReaxFF might differ. It is noteworthy that in one case you match to within 0.1 kcal/mol. Make sure you are using exactly the same setup as in …/examples/reax/CHO. It might be that there is something going on with H2 that needs further checking.
