I am guessing that there is something different in how the axial stress is
calculated in the two simulations. I would suggest you not compare with
experimental measurements, as there are too points of failure in that
comparison. Instead, compare with a previously published stress/strain
curve calculated in an atomistic simulation with known interatomic
potential.
