failed registration & [email protected] does not work


I try the mailing list as a last resort. I've tried to report a
registration problem at to [email protected], but that email address
does not seem to work. (Recipient address rejected: User unknown in
virtual mailbox table (in reply to RCPT TO command))

I've just registered, but it seems that there is a problem sending the
confirmation email. When I request a new confirmation email, I get
this message:

1 error prohibited this user from being saved:

    Email not found

The account is effectively created because I can not register again:
the e-mail address is already taken.

Our deepest apologies for the difficulties you have encountered. We are currently in the midst of a significant revision of our entire webspace and apparently have not been able to hide this fact from the KIM users.
