I intend to use Cupoid and Spherocylinder finite size particles in my simulation. But the atom style command doesn’t contain them. How can I build them?

you will have to add suitable atom style and pair style commands, that handle those interactions.
or you can consider to emulate them by blobs of spherical particles that you keep rigid.

That would require editing an atom style or adding atom properties with a fix. More elaborate is likely how to implement force calculations for said finite sized particles.
