Just a quick note that we posted the first bugfix update to the 22 July 2025 stable release.

There are rather few changes. Most notable are bug fixes to LAMMPS-GUI from feedback we gathered during the recent LAMMPS workshops and a refactoring of the fix shake behavior when using during minimization. In the past is would after some 10+ steps produce nonsensical results. The refactored code now works reliably and can safely handle much stiffer force constants, which means the structure will remain closer to the constraint target.
