I used on of the examples to test the atc package. Here’s my simple input script

atom_style atomic
read_data berendsen.fpp.data #equilibrated aluminum data-file
lattice fcc 4 orient x 1 0 0 orient y 0 1 0 orient z 0 0 1 #I have to define a lattice, otherwise Atc reports a warning
