I am trying to apply the “fix deposition command” in order to deposit a particle on the surface as per attachment.
but, it seems that this command is applicable only for single atoms and not a particle of atoms.
please kindly let me know your comment as well.

that is not correct, you should be able to deploy groups of atoms
defined via the molecule command.
but it looks you want to deposit a single cluster, and for that fix
deposit is clearly overkill, especially, since you obviously have
already achieved creating the object you want to deposit. thus please
explain which feature of fix deposit you require beyond what you have
done (with create_atoms i assume).
