fix restrain command

Thanks Ray. One more follow up question.

  1. Can fix restraint be used with minimization

  2. Does fix restraint command work in a similar fashion as the fix shake. For eg., in a specific case if i use the fix like the following with bond coefficient zero

fix holdem all restrain bond 45 48 0 0 2.75

Look at the equation on the doc page and see for yourself what effect does it have if restraint coefficients are zero.
