fix srd

In my system, there are 5818 particles and i set hgrid=0.125 for srd length bin that is 1/4 diameter of wall particles(=0.5) as one kind of big particles whereas

Diameter of another kind of big particles,beads of polymer, is 1 but performance of input file is stopped with an error as follows:

ERROR on proc 0: Failed to allocate 773337600 bytes for array fix/srd:vbin
If it is possible for you, help me why this error is created?

B/c you don't likely have 700 Mb on your system (per processor)
after allocating other arrays LAMMPS might be using. How
many SRD bins do you have and are you running on a single
processor?
