In srd example in lammps package number of srd particles in comparison with number of big particles.
Should i do the same that if i want to see long-rage hydrodynamic interation effect on polymer as part of big particles ( polymer+wall particles=big gruop)?

If you are asking how many SRD particles to use, then
you should read the SRD papers about how SRD is
parameterized. That is not a LAMMPS question.
