I told him it was fine to post the occasional note like this
to the mail list, since there may be LAMMPS and MD users
who are interested in what they offer.
I'd say the same to any other company selling hardware or software
in this area. It should be obvious there is is no endorsement
from Sandia or LAMMPS developers ...

for the sake of fairness one should mention that
about any (larger) vendor that sells clusters or
workstations - with and without GPUs - that can
be used for running LAMMPS will be present
at SC'11. there is like going to be some LAMMPS
related work being presented at the Nvidia
booth (since they asked me for permission to
use some presentation slides). i wouldn't be
surprised, if there also is at least one exhibit of
an interactive MD demo with LAMMPS
(vendors like this stuff) somewhere and so on...
if there are people on this list attending,
that would rather talk about LAMMPS
development at SC'11, just drop me a
note, since i'll be around for at least
part of the conference, too, and i might
be available for a chat.
