Hi every lammps users,
I want to know how to difine an ellipsoidal region in LAMMPS. I know the “region” command can only difine block, sphere, cylindrical, cone and so on. However, I want to konw if there is some other packages to define a region with arbitrary geometry.

what is included in LAMMPS is documented. thus if you cannot find it in the manual, it is not in LAMMPS.
if you want a custom region style that is not included, you would need to write your own (unless - by chance - somebody already has implemented it and is following the mailing list and is willing to share it with you).
