In order perform NEMD (using SLLOD equation of motion) for Gay-Berne interaction potential, should I have to apply two fixes - One for asphere and other for sllod?

no, I don’t think this is currently possible. I think
there would need to be a new fix nvt/asphere/sllod
that combines aspects of both.
Not hard to do - let me check with Aidan.
