Please within the NVT in Lammps which algorithm is used to solve the equation of motion?
This is explained in the manual for fix nvt and run_style verlet. There are also publications given on those pages and some general explanation in the LAMMPS paper, too.
If this doesn’t answer your question, you have to ask a more specific question and clarify what you mean by “algorithm” and why you need to ask this question.
