Hi Dear Kianoush,
DL_poly GUI has been written in java and is architecture independent. you can compile it on any machine that has java virtual machine, java developement kit (not so neccessary) and java run-time environment (working jvm, jdk and jre ). Then if you follow the comments provided by developers in readme file (using the commands class, javac) or directly run build file inside java folder in dl_poly root. Please note that dl_poly gui iwas put inside the java folder in dl_poly root directory (e.g. c:\program files\dl_poly\java)
