Hi Tolga,
to use the modified heat flux, just copy the files into the lammps src directory and recompile lammps. it should work with the currrent lammps.
please check the results/code carefully, and make sure the partial enthalpy term is calculating what you want. i’d suggest comparing the heat flux results against the current version of the command
