Dear axel I want to generate psf file from cnt that solvated in water but when I get it vmd says that I has not have improper parameters,please help me.
My code
Package require topotools
Topo retypebonds
Topo guessangles
Topo guessdihedrals
Topo guessimpropers
Mol reanalyze 0
Animate write psf cnt.psf
After that I solvate and get psf and pdb for last
By this
Package require solvate
Solvate cnt.psf cnt.pdb -t 10 -o cnt2
