Now I want to compute the rdf of two groups (11 and 21) I defined, the rdf of group 11 around 21 .But in the manual ,I just finded how to compute the rdf of two atoms, not two groups. My question is how to define the " compute rdf "order to compute two groups’ rdf ? What do I do if I want to change in the following code should I apply?In fact the code below what changes should do.
group 11 atom 1 2 3 4
group 21 atom 5 6 7 8
compute myRDF1 all rdf 500 11 21
fix 4 all ave/time 1 300000 300000 c_myRDF1 file tmp1.rdf mode vector
