How can I calculate the cumulative simulation time in an old version Lammps?

Hi Liu,

You can install Lammps in your user space of cluster without any administrative permission. Just look at the path of MPI and FFTW libraries
and edit any suitable Makefile.foo in “Lammps_main/src/MAKE”. Rest following the manual should do.
