I would like to see the XRD patterns of WO3 deposited on Si (100) substrate using W metal target.
How can I find it.

Hi @Trending_and_Fashion, welcome to the forum.

You can search for “WO3” materials on Materials Project and view their X-ray diffraction patterns based on their ideal, predicted structures (e.g. without defects, without instrumental broadening etc.)

If you are interested in the X-ray diffraction pattern of the substrate you would have to look at this separately. Note that our X-ray diffraction patterns are given as ideal, i.e. will not take into account strain at interfaces etc.
