I made a model that carbon dioxide is set up at the top and FeCr alloy is set up at the bottom. There are 4 types shown in “particle types”, but the figure just show only two types. Could anyone can teach me how to deal with it? Or there are some thing wrong with my data file?

The data file you uploaded here has 4 particle types defined in the header

that OVITO correctly adds to the Particle types list in the scene.
If you have a thorough look at the actual particle type column in your data file though, there are only particles of type 1 and 2 (C and O) atoms.
You might want to revisit your model building step.
