How the Pair_modify mix command work?

Dear All

There are three option for pair_modify mix command such as geometric, arithmetic and sixthpower. Any one please clear me-

  1. Is the mixing based on Lorentz-Berthelot mixing rule??
  2. What is the different between this three kinds of mixing ( mentioned above )?

Any command will be appreciable
