Thank you. But I'm confused. You mean I can build the system by only using
LAMMPS? Steve suggested me to use another builder program since LAMMPS
doesn't have commands to build molecular systems.
there is no conflict between what steve said and what i said.
you still have to build the two parts of the system somehow.
my recommendation is in addition of what steve said.
all the more, since you apparently have very little experience
with this. it is always prudent to build more complicated
systems from parts, or at the very least do test simulations
of the parts before doing a final set up. otherwise it will be
near impossible to find out if something and if yes what
went wrong.
