How to check the result?

I find that when I use gpu or cpu to run lammps sample rhodo, the results are different. The differences are like that, cpu: Total # of neighbors = 12062248 Ave neighs/atom = 376.945 Ave special neighs/atom = 7.43187 Neighbor list builds = 1071 Dangerous builds = 0

but gpu: Total # of neighbors = 0 Ave neighs/atom = 0 Ave special neighs/atom = 7.43187 Neighbor list builds = 1066 Dangerous builds = 0

which one is right or all of these are right?

Both. The gpu version does neighbor lists on the gpu an does not collect statistics. Axel.
